If you go to YouTube and search for Smoke On The Water you may find a version of the bassist, his sister & brother doing it. I get to play acoustic guitar with that bassist and his sister, Sue (who is a world champion fiddler - studied under Vassar Clemens), as well as some other great players. It may be listed under Smoke On The Water / OBS.

My old band used to jam out on snoopy vs. the red barron (or SVRB as we called it); never played at shows, just a jam when we were all getting strated.

Its a simple progession that can be taken places, but it's just a fun/goofy song.

Doing more orginal stuff now though.

yeah man i was at that show. I was standin next to the drummer of DSO, whom i had met a few nights earlier in atlanta. I smoked a pipe with him and talked to him for a while about music and shit. Had a blast at that mule show

Pappy I looked at your cause website and saw the thing about Tour Pro somethin. Like the guidelines for the wishlist. Being a deadhead I just gotta question one thing. How is Here Comes Sunshine not a HUGE one? Listen to a 73 HCS and they go out there. You put Bird Song as a HUGE one and I say ive heard HCS go just as far as bird song has. Lol just sayin that one should count.

thats crazy man, langerado was a pretty good time. I ran into John(DSO) early on Thursday morning before their show and had a good talk with him. Browsed through some of the venders, joked about this one guy that was having a REAL good time haha
