I just got back from guitar center today and got a fender footswitch pedal for my Fender Princeton 65

it has Channel select, reverb/delay, chorus / modulation

none of the buttons do a thing... the only thing it does is makes it so I can only be on distortion and cant switch to clean on the pedal or my amp, but I can when I unplug it.

Should I take it back?
Am I doing something wrong?

Give 'em hell and make them kiss yer ass.
Assuming you got everything hooked up right ?
Maybe lug yer amp down to the Center and makes sure it does what they say...

thats what i was thinking... i got everything hooked up.

im gonna bring my amp there too and have them try it in a different amp to see if its my amp or the switch
