Two thoughts:

--When you post here, in the subject heading, you should mention which episode it is (#4, etc.). I confuse easily if things aren't numbered. :)

--On Youtube, I'm not sure if there's enough room, but under the "About this Video" section, you might want to write down the recipe in there as well. Just the ingredients and stuff. It would make it easier to copy and paste rather than watch, pause, write down, etc.

Just some thoughts. Great stuff though. Keep them coming.
