DRIGGS, Idaho - Dawn Wells, who played Mary Ann on "Gilligan's Island," is serving six months' unsupervised probation after allegedly being caught with marijuana in her car.

Wells' lawyer, Ron Swafford, said that a friend of Wells' testified that he'd left a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle after using it that day, and that Wells was unaware of it.

70 years old and still using the "it wasn't mine, it was my friend's weed" line.

I was a Mary Ann "fan" as well.

Marcia Brady was wonderful.

Vicki from Love Boat was up there.

But the top of the mountain for me, was Amanda (Tatum O'Neil) from the original Bad News Bears. Not only was she totally hot, but she played baseball! Now that I'm in my thirties, I get these uncomfortable (and possibly illegal) feelings when I watch that movie now. :)

I was a big Mary Ann fan too. But, I never turned up my nose at a good-looking road slut!

Of course, all that was until Cheryl Ladd joined Charlie's Angels, then I pretty much only had eyes for her. Last I saw her on TV though, she looked totally freaky. I think she got some bad plastic surgery or something.

Holy shit that's right. I totally forgot about Charlie's Angels. Farrah Fawcett was probably second to Tatum O'Neil (although I think once I got older and grew out of the 'chicks can play baseball too?!' phase and moved into the 'breasts are fantastic!' phase, Farrah took over the top spot.

In fact, I remember going to my library to look for California phonebooks so I could find her address so I could write to her.
