Well I attempted my first recording with my new lap steel. I tried it on KC Moan, an old timey traditional tune. Mind you, I never played a lap steel guitar befor getting this so I got some work to do. But dam its fun to play. I thought I was gettin some halfway decent tone out of it. Played it through my Boogie Mark IV clean channel > isolation cabinet > mic'd w/ SM57 > studio.
