Damn man, that is one hot guitar. I love how it is all natural wood grain! It is so subtle except for the gold bridge and tuners, which are sweet.

I can't wait to compare some recordings of this guitar as opposed to the Strat you usually play. Probably will take your playing and the band dynamics to a new level...

Congrats and I am jealous

Once I get done being a broke ass college student, I'll have to get me a custom job like yours and Bennys. Seems the way to go if you know what you want.

Yessir, I'm in love. Can't wait to play her!!!

Sweet man! I bet yer gonna enjoy that baby. Let us know how she sounds and plays.
One observation though, which seems to be the same on all the SBM Guitars on his site, can you comment on. He has an unusual technique of where the neck joins the body on his electric guitars. Its hard to be sure from the pics, but the combination of the neck and the support for it at the heel seems awefully thick and might be uncomfortable playing the high frets. Any issue there?

Thanks everybody...and STEVE, I see yer in da 'Burgh!!! COME ON OUT ON SATURDAY, MARCH 8th!!!

Strummin6- Well, funny you mention your Parker, too - SB is good friends w/ Mr. Parker, himself and showed this bad-boy to him. He was LOVIN' it!! How cool is that?!

SB has played it and said that it sounds absolutely terrific. He's had 3 or 4 people come into his shop that really wanted to try her out, but he said, "Sorry, not until the owner plays her." I thanked him for that.

As far as sound bytes on the web, I'm playin' my first real show w/ it on March 8th at The Thunderbird Cafe in Pittsburgh, BUT I will be having a small jam-session THIS Sunday night, right after I pick it up with a bunch of old buddies from Eastern PA on my way home. I may have a friend shoot a little vid on my 'Small Wonder' recorder and post it on YouTube, if anything good comes out of it! So, I'll keep you posted.

Thanks again for all the accolades on the new guitar, gentlemen. I appreciate it.

Okay fellas! I'm back with my new baby. It's incredible. There are a couple of areas on the fretboard that I need to adjust to (WAY different from my Stratocaster...MUCH wider fretboard, which I LOVE), but it is just awesome. MORE pics can be found at www.theCAUSEjams.com/photos AND, as promised...here are THREE YouTube videos taken from the FIRST JAM. My good friends, Rob Cavazzini on the Les Paul, "Captain" Pat Kelly on Drums, Jon Hoernig on Bass and Christian "The Eye" Salcedo on Drums.
