I have this show - great SBD copy. This Boston run (and tour in general, as I have about 9 shows from this tour) was a bit busy in the play, IMO....Bruce plays with them and is, without a doubt, the dominant keyboard in the mix, but it seems as if he's trying (or Healy is trying) to overpower everyone else in the mix. Maybe it was hard for him to hear, I don't know.

The Help > Slip > Fire is a great call. There's a OMSN > Fire to open a show, I think it's from 87? KILLER, too....

Todays Show-
12/9/81 Boulder Co
Gotta thank my Buddy Mike, who spends his life trolling the net for the DEAD.
Every few weeks we get together and jam to some tunes or bootleg dvds he finds.
Watched the Sunshine Daydream movie last week.
He always lets me grab a stack of cds and away I go.
Mike Dude this ones for you-------> :D
1981 was a great year for the Boys.

10-27-79 Cape Cod Coliseum, South Yarmouth, Ma. (Sat)
1: Jack Straw, Candyman, Me & My Uncle> Big River, B. E. Women, Easy To Love You, Minglewood, Stagger Lee, Sailor> Saint> Deal
2: Dancin> Franklin's, He's Gone> Caution Jam> Other One> Drumz> NFA> Black Peter> Around E: Saturday Night
last "Caution Jam": 10-22-78 [68]

dancin>frankin's, he's gone>caution>other one= amazing energy that builds throughout and phil cuts loose on the other one

my favorite dancin. full out funk. jerry's on, phils' on, brent sounds great.

very joyous frankin's. was there ever not one?

other one sounds like it came straight from hell

The very nature of the tune is joyous, still, I have heard some pretty stinky versions.

06-20-74 The Omni, Atlanta, Ga. (Thu)
1: U. S. Blues, BIODTL, B. E. Women, Mexicali, Roses, Jack Straw, Scarlet, Me & My Uncle, To Lay Me Down, El Paso, China Cat> I Know You Rider, Around
2: Big River, Ship Of Fools, Truckin> Eyes> Slipknot> China Doll> Saturday Night

truckin>eyes>slipknow>china doll is top form

phil's solo in eyes rivals 10-19-74. i really enjoy jer's solo in china doll(which i don't usually care for). first outright slipknot. this show is definitely overshadowed by the other june shows. short but sweet
