So i have a pet rabbit named Jerry, after the man. He even has the chops. I have another rabbit named Boogie, after new speedway boogie. Any one else got any pets named after Dead?

nay, but i do have a cat named queen jane after the dylan tune that the dead liked to cover. thats as close as it comes, although i want a great dane, or any type of dog for that matter, but really a great dane, and i would name him mydland. well, i have at least thought about it. either that or some distinguished aristocratic english name...you have to

Somewhere in here is a somewhat similar thread cause I remember going through the names of my cats.

First cat Felina from El Paso, Jerry all black save a white patch making him look like a priest, and Valerie.

Felina & Jerry have passed on but Valerie is still jammin.

Nice rabbits space. I (we've) had three rabbits through the years as well. The wife named them all. Jack as in rabbit (duh, I know, not much imagination) he was a moose so we gave him to someone with a big indoor outdoor pen. Couldn't keep the bugger couped up in good conscience, he was a world class pooper and he'd chew on anything he could.

Punchy-bun and Cinder-bun were the other 2. We kept them.

My family just got two cats, I wanted to name them Cassidy and Stella, but no one else liked it :x
Cute bunnies Spacehead, they both look posessed in that picture with the red eye though, haha. Reminded me of Monty Python.

I remember this thread from elsewhere.

I had a dog, named Jerry. I had another dog named (Sugar) Magnolia (Maggie for short). Our current dog was named Avalon (as in Ballroom) when we got her. We changed the name to Lady. She wears a red collar. She's Lady in Red. All my pets will have some sortof Grateful name.

My dog came with the name simon and we liked it so we kept it. Then when we got him a buddy (cat) we named him G-funk for Simon & garfunkel and P-funk. It fits him. I also work in a animal shelter and we give all the strays names when they come in so a bunch have left with "dead" names.

Here are all names we have used atleast once.

Stella blue
Tennessee (girl dog) and her brother Jed
Ruben and cherise
Samson and delilah
August west, stagger lee, jack straw
Bertha, magnolia, scarlet, ruby claire
peggy-o, Stephen, Johanna, Captain Tripps (cool cat)
Pigpen, Mr. Charlie, Isis and evangiline
