I posted that just as I started reading. There's really a ton of great stuff in there. The end?--where he's talking about copyrights and the degradation of DATs? Classic.

I just wish he'd given us his thoughts on hunting/guns. :)

i'm reading right now and have to say, this stuff is great! jerry really had a knack for taking the rational, middle-ground, and also for seeing all things in a positive light. i've read that that is what he was trying to do with his music, to bring it from a happy viewpoint. all those apocalyptic meltdowns and space jams were just for kicks, interesting and wierd, not to scare the living daylights out of you (well, maybe a little).

that is a great read, interesting stuff about how he wants to slow down so that the shows are good quality, wanting to reach everyone in the crowd and not wanting to burn out the audience. I enjoyed that view point of it, as well as him saying they need the heads help in figuring how to go about the changing scene
