I personlly consider Hunter as an orginally member of the band...
Anyone else?
Hunter penned his first lyrics for a GD song in 1967, so he just barely predates Mickey in the group. I take "original" in its strictest sense to mean a member by the time the name was changed to "Grateful Dead", in December 1965...
...However, I interpet the spirit of the question to mean "non-original members that joined after Hart, starting with T.C.".
By that interpetation, I'd have to go with all of Brent's songs first, topped by Far From Me, Blow Away and I Will Take You Home... but also including Brent tunes the Dead never performed, like "Love Doesn't Have To Be Pretty"... after Brent's input I'd say "Sunrise" comes next, and then Bruce's "The Way It Is" and several other of his tunes.
