I'm all for being able to choose your own and not have to change it. By the time the current system was instated, I had already passed some of the coolest of the avatars! Such as the Wall Of Sound or the Tiger guitar.

Of course, everyone can add their own thumbnail image into the Signature section (like at the bottom of this and every post I make), but I think it would be nice to be able to put it with the user name at the head of the post.

I think it is set up sweet now... but I like the idea of senior members getting to choose. It makes you guys all that more awesome

Another vote for being able to change avatars, but until that happens I'll just have to keep changing signatures

1 vote here for the way it is now. now are these really random?, cuz it seems that they are all in succesion identically for eveyone. so i could just find someone with 501 posts to see what i get next?

maybe if they changed every 20 posts or so. cuz see now i have 497 or '98 posts, now i wanna comment 3 more times yes their has been frivolous posts.

when you post you will see below the subject line a box that says img. this will give you the html code for inserting an image [img]http://image_url[/img]. the url for the image goes between the

I find it way to confusing trying with everyone having the same avatars. I use avatars to identify posters , I find it hard to know whose saying what and remember certain posters just by there names , if everyone was able to pick there own avatar it would be make it much easier. If you want to have ranks make them the little titles under the avatar not the avatar its self.
