Any fans on the site? They're hotter than hell and when I saw them about a year ago in Virginia they just smoked. P.S-I also saw Jeff Tweedy in VA and he did a really great acoustic show.

I like what I've heard from their new album. But i don go much deeper than that. I'd like to start listening to more, Got any suggestions??????

Their live album (kicking television) is very good. If you're looking for a country feel, you should listen to their album "A.M". My favorite of their studio albums is "Summerteeth," although most people favor "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot". Also-if you can get your hands on a live show (via bittorrent), you definatley should because this is where they really shine (I listen to the CD of the show I attended very often).

I almost forgot, a few years back they banded with British musician Billy Bragg to bring unfinished Woody Guthrey lyrics to life with contemporary music, which resulted in the excellent "Mermaid Avenue"

Wilco are cool, all their albums so far are very good and listenable.

But, Tweedy will never top what he did with Uncle Tupelo. If you haven't already checked out Uncle Tupelo then do so now! One of the great bands.

Yeah i'm a big uncle tupelo fan myself. Also love Sunvolt- I love Jay Farrar and Trace just blew me away

I saw Wilco a couple years ago. It was a great experience...they played a great show and the crowd really got into it. They are one of the bands doing something I can actually listen to in todays music scene.
