just to give my quick insight even though there is another post about this. I have been foolin around with chromatics alot on bluesy songs and I noticed on Not Fade Away he hits tonnns of chromatics

Sorry it had to get cut in half. But yeah I use all those notes in Not Fade away just for the E portion alone. For the A parts I use A major pentatonics with a little chromatics on that. Heres a small chunk of chromatics you can use for the A major part.
