I just heard the Dear Mr.Fantasy > PITB > Morning Dew segment from this show on io dead radio this morning. It blew me away. There was a bit on google about it, but other than a GD hour mention, there doesn't seem to be any released "media" of it. Am I wrong? I haven't been this impressed by a late '80s show ever.

burned out on 70's shows i fell in love with the '88-'91 time period. Brent was on fire 89-till his passing. ya cant beat those Loose Lucy's they busted out. got to get into this time period cuz the boys were on all the time.

One of my hottest Watchtowers I've heard lately is 7/2/88 Oxford, ME. Otherwise a pretty sloppy second set for the time period, but the Watchtower really burns (especially coming out of the total trainwreck Gimme Some Lovin).

I love '87...great rebound energy going on from the Fat Man giving the finger to the grim reaper. I am really disapointed at most of the Healy mixes and aud. tapes from this era though...sound bloody awful.

I saw some mid to late '80s shows, but I think I am like Lazylightning, I really like that '72-'74 period and have been hearing a lot of it lately; even on the io radio. Then out of the blue I get shook up by this show!

Wow! Great "Stranger" indeed! I generally despise the eccho effect as a cheap gimmick (and over used by Healy) but it works pretty well here.
