amen to that. some of my friends listen to that stuff. my ex used to talk about high school musical non stop. my friend in middle skool loves hannah montanna, so does my 13 yo cuz. ive tried to get them to listen to some dead and stuff, and one friend i got hooked on ween, but that was about it. the rest all stuck with that stuff. its for that reasons, im like the only guy at my skool whos never seen high school music and damn proud of it
as for the kid, some ppl take time to find their own creativeness, ive been playing 13 months and alot of the things r do are diffrent from the originals, like i mix it up a least a lil bit. but some ppl, like my bro whos been playing a year more than me and is pretty good in my opinion still plays everything exactley how its played on studio album versions. i mean the kid prollys ben playing longer than me and my bro, but i say give him time, hell find his own as an artist, and if he doesnt, he wont make it as an artist.

white stripes rock, hannah montana is crap compared!
