Does he have an AmEx Gold card? I know if you have one you can order tix through Ticketbastard before they go on sale to the public. He may also have a membership at the venue. There are venues around here that you can sign up, pay a fee, and be a "member" of sorts that allows you access to good seats for shows before they go on sale to the public.

im lucky i get to see Ratdog in Cleveland, on the 16th, then see them again on the 17th in Columbus, then onto a FREE Darktar show a few counties away on the 18th. any you guys from the NE ohio area hit me up we'll jam in the lot

Sounds like several of us r goin to be at the columbus show. I'm pretty psyched, I just hope to god my girlfriend doesnt wuss out n wanna leave before the shows over, cuz that wouldnt go over too well with me

I bought my Keller / Ratdog tickets in April. When they didn't arrive in two days (like the two day express shipping option I was required by Keller Williams Baseline ticketing to pay for pretty much suggested) I called the customer service line. While they had no sufficient explanation for why I had to pay an extra $9 for shipping when they weren't sending the tickets for another ninety days or so, they did explain to me that they wouldn't send them until two weeks before the show. I've never heard Ratdog live, and I haven't seen Keller in a couple of years, so I'm pretty excited

hey there groovy guys and groovy gals... it's yr ol' pal MK here with some less than stellar news. i will not be joining the boys on this july run thru the good ol' USofA...

my MDs have decided that a lump i've had on my neck for quite some time may in fact be a bigger problem than they originally thought. they can't say it's cancer but they can't say it isn't either (all tests are negative so far but they are still quite concerned).

meanwhile, i have several wonderful healers that believe they can help me a lot with focused attention and hard work... so that's what i'll be doing for the next month. if all goes well... all good. otherwise it's western style surgery and we'll have to wait and see where the dust settles.

so get on out to the shows. they'll be different and i'm sure they'll be fun. if at all possible i plan on joing the boyz for a rockin' good time on the august run.

I sure hope it's benign and he's allright, but aside from that, I also hope Bob finds someone to replace his rippin' leads, because the shows are going to definitely be missing some energy without a lead player to compliment the sound. I wonder who they could get....??? Any ideas??? I'm sure most of the good ones are out on tour right now.....

Trey comes to mind, but I'm not sure what his legal ramifications are in regards to touring/leaving the state/etc. After all, he did cancel 10k Lakes Festival, so I can't imagine he's going anywhere anytime soon.

So who else? Maybe Keller will just sit in w/ the 'Dog?

Sorry everybody ... but Bobby's band finally got tight the last couple of years after sucking ass for quite awhile and now Mark is missing the July run and everybody gets a big dose of Kimock now .... yea he can play but .... never mind I don't dig Kimock at all and am tired of pretending I do ... he played in Denver with Kyle from Cheese recently and he was so freaking loud we couldn't hear anybody else all night .... I love Bobby with all my heart, but no Mark and no go for me, I live right near Red Rocks and there are plenty of shows to spend my 50 bucks on this summer , Yonder, Leftover Salmon to name a few

I agree, Ratdog had finally "turned the corner" in the last year +, but still, I'm in dire need of a good show, so I'm trying to keep my spirits high on Kimock, hoping that it'll be a great show with some newfound energy.

Has anybody been to a Ratdog/Keller show yet? Does Keller play a set then play with Ratdog too? I wanna see some Keller solo. I hope it's not Keller with Ratdog the whole time.
