OK, so I got a DVD burner and I figure I can fit a whole show or more on one disc. But it doesn't like the WAV format(Nero). It wants WMA which I don't have a converter for.

What's the best way to do this so I can listen to the whole show on the DVD player, or extract songs for my iPod if I want?

Will it take them as .aiff?
my shows are aiff on my iPod, it is just how i convert my shns. I am not sure a CD player can read a DVD, arent DVD encoded in several layers and cd just one layer? But if you play it in a DVD playe like you suggest, it should read regular cd format, which i think is aiff?
MY dvd player plays CDs, but i never tried a burnt DVD with just tunes

Edit : i just noticed the windows converters conver to WAV, i didnt see an option for aiff. Is aiff more lossey? Oh well. if ya got iTunes for the iPod it may have a converted for WAV to something else, look for it in preferences

CD player can not play a DVD, but a DVD player CAN play a CD. That's why I figured I could make a "mega"-CD.
