Sure:

Acoustically I just have a cheap Yamaha APX 5a. Good guitar to beat the crap out of and not feel terrible about it, plus it sounds decent. Electrically I have a Fender Tele and Epiphone Sheraton II. I play through a ZVex wah probe, Analogman Bicomp, Moogerfooger, Fulltone fulldrive mosfet, TS-808, EH Pulsar trem, EH Polychorus (hate it), TRex analog delay, into a Traynor 4x10 ycv80q tube amp clean channel.

My recording equip is simply a laptop, M-audio usb adapter, Sonar Homestudio 4xl. Mics are an SM58 and a Audio Technica AT4040.

Could you please tab out what you are doing for the chords on the first Dylan tune you posted. What are the chords and it sounds like you are finger picking? Can you tab the pattern and chords please? I gotta tell ya man, the "Don't think Twice" just is phenomenal. Puts me in a great mood and gets me lost in the song (a good thing) everytime I play it. I'm so jealous. I'd give my left nut to play or sing like you, but to be able to do both?...well I'd like to keep at least one nut! Let's hear more!

Well, the chords are actually very simple. I use a capo on the 4th fret. Relative to the capo (as if you are just playing regular open chords) the chords are C, G, Am, F, F#/D7. Here's the chords in tab:
