Did Behringer's recent rip off of Mu-Tron's design kill the builder? I noticed today all of their website links returned "Can't connect to server" error messages and the on-line stores I tried that listed the product I'm researching returned "Out of stock," "Sold out," or No longer available."

Site appears to be back up now though some pages continue to display with errors.

They are having issues with the website certificate. I can browse the site though and it looks like I can still buy a Microtron IV. I have not tried to actually get one though.

I was given as a gift the Behringer pedal shown above and damn it sounds good. But the build quality is no where NEAR as good. The pots are the plastic shaft style. Be very careful with this on your board if you go this route. But i was shocked how good it sounds. I compared it to my Tru-Tron 3X and my Micro-Tron IV.

I dont know how Behringer gets away with this. If you had the time and skills, im sure you could replace the pots with quality ones and this would help with it being more road worthy.
