It's a 1966 Gibson Byrdland. No confirmed date, believed to be January 1972. A Garcia/Saunders show with Tom Fogerty.

A reminder to us, as we chase tone and cosmetics, that Jerry used an array of guitars over his career and always sounded like Jerry. I enjoy the chase, too, while remembering the immortal words of Les Paul, who upon being complimented on how good his guitar sounded, returned the guitar to its stand, then asked, “How does it sound now?”
