I just won a Lehle Dual Expression pedal in the annual Premier Guitar Mystery Stocking crapshoot. I understand that one of the differences between my Micro-Tron III and the IV is that the IV has an expression input. Anyone doing this? Can it be used like a standard wah wah? What else can it do? I’m trying to decide if it might be worth swapping my III for a IV and using the Expression pedal feature. Any thoughts on your experiences greatly appreciated.

The microtron III has the expression jack 3.5mm 1/8th". So you'll need a 1/4 to 3.5mm 1/8 cord to make the lehle pedal work.
