"You know, that Fryette is better than the Mac. Some of Jerry’s best tones were when he used the Mc3500, a mono, all-tube Mac that some say was the finest sounding big mac ever. Jerry even pulled it out in the later 70s at times. The Fryette is a fantastic tube amp for guitar, probably the finest out there.
The RTP will absolutely get a great Garcia tone. It’s loaded with the same mentality of componentry, high fidelity, same type plate resistors, extended bell-tone overtone content, very clean. The only trick is to set the EQ like Jerry did."
