I have a Keeley Neutrino and I think it is a pretty good sounding pedal generally. not perfect but does the trick well enough. Up until now it has worked fine in my pedal chain through the OBEL. I am not using a switcher system (building one but not ready yet). all my pedals are in line on the pedal board.

But today I noticed the Neutrino was pretty low volume when I switched it on in the loop. but when I turned on my Delay or my Eventide H2 on with the pedal (they are on the only 2 pedals after in the chain), the volume would return. I tried it with no other pedals, just the Neutrino in the loop and I got the low volume thing.

If I used just regular inline between the guitar output and the amp, volume is fine. Sounds big and fat. There is some sort of thing about the OBEL it is not liking but the weird thing is that is was fine when I first got it. Just noticed this phenomenon this week.

Any ideas?

a similar thing happened with me a week ago
except it involved a phase 100, a delay and a distotion
pedal
when I clicked on the delay the volume increased and gave
me a real sweet crispy tone
I think I may have not my cable plugged into my guitar
completely but I'm not sure
odd!
