I have a custom guitar thats HHS (single in the neck) and thinking about trying out something thats hum free but in a strat S size. Anybody have any recommendations?

I was wondering about these not long ago. At some point I'll probably give them a try but haven't gotten to it yet. If you get them post your findings.

Roger, Ill order one later this week. Rehearsal its so noticeable (the hum), as we are all crammed in a room facing each other etc. All my Jerry tones seem to come from the middle or bridge anyway, hopefully this can do the funky bass type stuff, and stay clean! Will report back

There's another active thread right now about hum and light dimmer switches. Are you sure it's the pickups that are giving you the problem? Are your pickup cavities and control cavity shielded and grounded with copper foil or conductive paint?

Yup shielded and grounded as per what I can see in the cavity, would have to ask my tech to trace the grounding wire etc to be sure though.
