This is a great video I haven't seen before. Great performance and audio of The Eleven/ That's It For The Other One.
The thing is that the audio is so out of sync with the video it almost seems like the audio and video might be from different shows.
The date of the performance is confirmed, but there might be a question as to the audio.
Any insite?

What I admire about these early performances is how evident their ambition to break new ground musically is, and the long hours spent rehearsing to play this stuff live without sheet music. This wasn't just a group of guys getting wasted and acting up like some others, or many of the punk bands were e.g. This kind of dedication is usually easier when one is young and doesn't have the worries/responsibilities taking up time. And they took advantage of that freedom with a real entrepenuerial spirit of willing to take risks and give it 110%. In this age of everyone wanting--even feeling they deserve-- guarantees for everything, that kind of focused abandon is novel. Even better it appears they accomplished this without an authoritarian atmosphere; true team work and an American optimism that may never be seen again culturally.

This the from the student protests, right? My understanding is that only video is available for this show and that audio wasn't recorded. Whatever is on there must come from another show. Was probably "The best show ever" too.

Yep, the student protests. Thanks for the info. It sure sounds like one of "the best shows ever" for those days!
