For $15,000, you can have a Matt Moriarty bare-bones Wolf, a McIntosh MC250, 2 HT cabs with K120s, and a good ol' SMS preamp.

Does anyone else think this math doesn't add up? Considering that the total price of buying these things new would be around $10,000, it kind of looks like the seller is trying to get an extra $5 grand out of someone who doesn't know any better. Of course, that's just how it looks to me right now. I could be (I'd like to be) wrong...

Not sure about the price. I guess it's worth whatever somebody's willing to pay for it. If its over priced, we'll know, because it will not sell. Perhaps the seller really isn't that motivated to sell unless...
The one piece of the listing that I am a little familiar with, is the Moriarty Wolf. As far as my own experience with Matt when he built mine, the guitar in the listing seems to have a few upgrades that I would venture to say, takes it out of the "bare bones" category. For instance, the wolf inlay is not included on a bare bones (BB) model. Second, the Irwin style headstock (shape) differs from the Moriarty Custom Guitars stock. The headstock also has what appears to be a custom "Jerry hand" inlay. The fret board has a "simpler" design than the full blown Wolf though. I'd say (and this is just a guess) that Moriarty was all of $7,000, if not more. The seller mentions a cocobolo customization on the guitar too, but it's late, and I didn't read the ad all that carefully.
Couple this with the fact that the "bare bones" ran you $4900 or a real deal Wolf cost you $6800 with a two year wait, and he's not building em' anymore. I dunno?
I'm certainly not familiar enough with the pricing of the rest of the rig nor motivated to add it all up. Maybe somebody else wants to price it out or throw their 2 cents in?

Click on the sellers "see other items" on the listing. You will see that the Moriarty is listed for $10,000. The Jerry rig is listed for $4750. I must've been way off on the guitar...
ANY lefties out there, miss the chance to buy a lefty Moriarty Wolf when he was taking orders? I may know of one for sale.

Every time I browse for JBLs on Ebay I come across this listing. I'm in the process of taking out a second mortgage, selling my wife's wedding ring, and doing a few deals with the Russian Mafia in order to come up with the money ($1.5K) for this one JBL in an HT cab. Its such a deal, how could I pass it up?
