Nice 1975 Stratocaster; maple neck and original finish. 2 of the pickups are original 1975; one is an aftermarket replacement. They sound great. Pickguard is not original and I think the pots date around 1978. There is a humbucker rout under the guard in the lead position. This almost 40 year old monster could use a fret job, too. USA lower 48 states only. Your choice of gig bag or aftermarket hardshell case. I'll pick up the ground shipping.$50 buck rebate if you send me the guard back. It belonged to a late buddy of mine. I'll also look around and try and find you another guard. Or, keep this one on for the positive vibes and mojo. RIP Bernie.

So, this is a great guitar as is or would make a nice Alligator conversion. I just don't have the time and I could use the scratch. The Alligator conversion idea is a good one because the guitar already has a rout under the guard and it has a nice maple neck. Light, too! About 7 pounds...stick a Stratoblaster in there and a couple of stickers and assorted brass and you're ready to rock New Speedway Boogie. Thanks!
