Glad I saw most of the shows when they were in the territory. I/we always had a great time and saw tons of great music.

look I don't know know the whole or probably even half the story...but it sounds like there's a lot of animosity. I would like to believe that deep down, these guys love each other as brothers.....more than making music again, I wish for them that they could become friends again. Forget the music, just get together and put all the bs behind them. Then, if the music comes, it comes....if not, so be it.....

How about the notion that Bob's resting up for the 50 year tour? Crazy wishful thinking. I've seen JK, and Warren play in that capacity and would love to see it happen. I mean its not completely crazy. He's been out of the house (Giants National Anthem for the playoffs)...

Furthur had a great run, I was just glad to have been able to catch a decent amount of shows in the last few years. I was only 14 when Jerry died, so Furthur was the closest I ever got to he real thing. Hopefully, 'The Dead' rumors mentioned above yield something we can all wrap our ears around.

I was at Lockn' this year. I had an amazing time, even without Furthur. The GD vibe is still there obviously. The highlight for me was Sunday's Grateful Gospel with Keller and JK. What a freaking blast. The amount of music you get to see at Lockn' just insane, because there are 2 side-by-side mainstages. Theres never more than a minute gap in the action. They run 4 monster sized HD video screens, and sound comes from both stages. It was ridiculous. That being said, the first night of Phil was a total sleeper, and the second night started out great, but was shut down early because of lightning. I thought BK and the Dubstep All-Stars were fantastic as well.
I was also at The Peach. Of course we were all bummed when Bobby pulled out just a few days before, but shit happens. It was still a great few days of outstanding music and fun. To anyone on the fence about Lockn 2015, I strongly advise you to grab some tix. It will not disappoint.
