I knew he was the former president of Modulus. So I asked the guy if he had anything for sale. He said he did, that he had a Weir Signature Blackknife for sale and he told me the history of the guitar (which is in the above link) and why he had it and I said let me think about : ) Actually, I said without any other questions that I'll take it.

I guess the stars were all aligned or something, I got lucky that's for damn sure.
