tonight at work a friend of mine was telling me about something called the "darkstar project", (not sure of the exact name), but he said that somebody took 30 or so darkstars, some of the best ones, and "flawlessly linked them", into one giant dark star. i was wondering if anybody knew of this, or where to listen to it, any information would be cool. later

This is probably it. Go to www.sugarmegs.org and scroll down a little bit and you'll find the Dark Star all Day. It's 12 hours of Dark Stars!!!

I think Infrared Roses is actually several seperate tracks of blended Spaces & Drumses, not one continuous construct like Greyfolded.

Sounds like Greyfolded to me. It's out of print, so I'm going to have to get mine before Amazon runs out. Don't even know who'd stock that sort of thing. Tiger is right. Infrared is many separate tracks, wheras Greyfolded is one continuous piece. Steve Silberman has a piece on its creation. I'm in the middle of looking for it...
