How do you go about getting your band's name protected? Do you register it, trademark it, copyright it????? Thanks.

im not 100% on this, but im pretty positive trademarking is for your name/logo/insignia. and copywriting is for the details of your actual product. so by trademarking the name, your product(music) wouldnt be protected. I think you have to do everything seperate. not 100% though BTW
