I just finished a Revelation Tube Preamp for a guy who wanted it loaded with V-Cap's, their top of the line CuTF copper foil & teflon. The entire signal path except for the treble cap is all V-Cap's. Roughly $1500 in signal path cap's alone. Then another $60 in tantalum PLATE RESISTORS, the most amazing sounding plate resistors you've never tried. All German WBT silver solder, Cine-Mag output XLR transformers, premium polypropylene treble cap, extra filtering, HEXFRED soft-recovery diodes for the B+ supply, and more. This made a $900 preamp into a roughly $2500 preamp. It sounds f'ing glorious, I must say. These copper V-Caps and the tanatalum plate resistors are just pure musical magic. Unreal.

I guess you now can do the SuperCTP-w/JGMods. That...would be really fun.
