When do you go to the Bflat?

During the closing chorus when do you add the bflat?
C////F//// etc...
then C////Bb//F// When? How many times on just the C and F?

We do 4 and 4 to stay safe. A few years ago we did it 4 on the C-F, then forever w/the Bb til our Jerry said "you know"

I just went by vocal cue from the singer. Maybe they had it ' counted out ' I dont know. All about the build up n release.
