bought it yesterday. previously I've used Monster cables and had zero problems. Plugged in this $9.99 piece o poo and I'm getting echo-y pops through the amp that sound like trouble down the line. At the very minimum this thing shouldn't be popping like this, whether it's dry, static air, a faulty cord, whatever. Right?

Have to second your gripe, last night at rehearsal I was using 2 cheap "Stagg" cables and literally was getting the worst signal I have ever heard. Swapped out the cables, and OK. I think the ground wire is compromised I would get anything from static when playing to signal going in and out. I need to look up my buddy and get another 100 ft of belden cable and a crap load of neutriks. That way I have what I want when want it. Even with the "lifetime" gaurantee those things are pathetic... each one I have bought has lasted a month. My Belden's I made almost 2 years ago are still the best and work great.

brought it back today and paid twice as much for a Monster, but I know it will do the job.
