I've been listening to the furthurs version, and I love the outtro jam, anyone know the chords?

I used to know em very well but haven't done it in years. I know that I got what I played straight from the GD Anthology book and it was very accurate. The piano part starts in C prior to the ending vocals and then a bunch of changes....then, the ending proper starts in G (6) and goes to an A b9/7 or something and then a bunch of variations on D/9 over the lalalala part. I should try to relearn it, they are some nice chords.

sorry that this link doen't show the (pic) chords to UC when you click on it....but, there is a picture if you poke around a bit ( acouple to the right)---it's the original piece of paper with chords presumably written by Phil.

I believe this is the answer the OP was looking for:
The outro chords that Furthur did are derived from the final chords in the original version's tab posted here (Em C Em Bm G A) with just a slight change. It's divided up into these 2 parts that repeat as they're jammed out:
Em C Em Bm
Em C Em G A
