Just got the body. The project begins.
This is a fairly lightweight swamp ash body with a maple cap from Warmoth. Dyed top and trans-blue sides and back. 3 Super II's, MIDI, OBEL, Waldo Buffer, etc. Hopefully in a month we'll have her rolling.

Sweet, loved the first one can't wait for this one. Which one of Jerry's guitars is the wiring scheme gonna be most like?

Nice! Soloist body or Strat style? What are you doing for neck/fingerboard/frets/nut?

Suddenly I have the urge to go swimming.

That's beautiful!

It's a strat body with a rear route instead of a pickguard. Neck is all maple with a vintage tint finish, abalone dot inlays. Jeff is a Strat guy. Electronically, I'll probably do my normal take on the Jerry approach. I won't be doing exactly a copy of a Jerry wiring job, but essentially the same effect, same sounds available for the most part.
3 DiMarzio Super II's
1 global toggle for single/humbucker - handles all 3 pickups at once.
1 OBEL toggle
1 Volume pot - 25k
1 global tone control - 300k pot - .022uF ceramic tone cap
1 MIDI volume control
Roland GK Kit for MIDI pickup and electronics
2 - push buttons to scroll midi up and down
1 normal 5-way strat pickup selector switch
Waldo buffer
