That's a funny story! Yeah, Capitol One would have called you for sure from their fraud department. Before I left for my secondment in India (which I am leaving tonight to head back to the goold ole USA), I called Cap One and STILL had my card blocked when I first tried to use it here. Go figure. But you oughta call that company back up and tell them you like the price break, and to give that to you without a minimum order!
