We rolling into wild, wonderful West "by god" Virginia on the 18th for Sethro's annual Pink Moon Festival. Last year was a blast can't wait for this year's fun. Should be a cool festival with EOTO, Boombox, The Lee Boys, Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band, Archnemesis, Sol Roots, Hope Hop, The Kind, Goova Scape, and lots of crazy fun. This is a very cool little party and worth the drive. We're playing at 3:00 on Saturday.

It'll be nice to play while the sun is shining this year - it's starting to get a little chilly at night - though it means I'm going to miss the VT/ECU football game. Last year I missed the great come from behind win over Nebraska as I was lost in Rock Camp looking for the road to the party and turned the radio off in disgust with a minute left in the game thinking there was no way my Hokies pull that out. Didn't find out they won till the next day.

I am back in Colorado. I still own my house in Virginia, and occasionally make trips back home to do repairs, maintenance, etc., but Colorado will be my home for the forseeable future.

Cool! We still need to work out a time when we can get together to do some picking. I've been gigging so much lately that it's been tough to fit things in with work and kids too. The bluegrass band is about done for the year so things should open up again soon.
