Need a 1 button footswitch - buy for $15 of make

Brain-trust:
I need a 1 button footswitch for a grab and go amp. Nothing fancy, gig would survive without it. I see I can get the parts and house it for about $45 or buy one for $15. The only advantage I can about building one myself is that I can use my own cables and if it ever breaks easier to replace. But seriously how often do those cables break? The switches from time to time but rarely the cable in my experience.
What do y'all think?
