Hey people, I'm gonna make the drive up I-81 to help my dad out for a few days starting the 24th. Is there anything going on up in the nation's capitol?

Well, you could spend days visiting all the Smithsonian museums on the mall if that's what you're into. I'm pretty bummed, I was supposed to be spending 4 nights there this coming weekend but had to cancel at last minute due to family matters. Oh well, maybe next year. I love D.C., I use to live down in that area for 5 years.

yeah, the Nats aren't in town unless my dad's recovery takes longer than planned. Still have some friends in the area and I'm gonna try to stop by and play a few tunes with an RUKINDer - does anyone have a gig in town?
