I have some friends that have a band in Atlanta......they are very good. They are called the Electric CodPiece. Anywho....KISS is running this contest where a local band can end up opening up for them. They are in the running for Charlotte. I would really appreciate it you all would plug a vote in. Thanks folks.....they actually don't need to get to #1. As I understand it, KISS is not going to simply pick the #1 vte getter, but will be listening to/auditioning the top 5.......so they are closer than you thnk!

Right.....me too......KISS is one band I've never gotten to see.....and I would go see them, for the show. I also watch Gene Simmon's Family Jewels, which is pretty funny.

I think I've also mentioned in another thread that my uncle went to High School with Stan Eisen (aka Paul Stanley). So, I always bust his chops about gettin' me a free pass.

My vote has been cast. Kiss was my second concert in '76-77ish when I lived in Germany. Great show from what my 10-11 year-old mind remembers. Good luck to them!
