I would not have guessed the song had been written by 1987. GD didn't play it until 1989. Very cool.

I remember seeing a Weir/Wasserman version when the opened for JGB at Alpine in Sept. '89.

They also did a nice duet on David Sanborn's show "Night Music" in '89.

Forget written by '87 this song was being played by Bobby and Midnites in 1983
