What were the original amps that used these speakers? I notice people are spending outrageous amounts on these particular speakers. Man if my dad ever knew to buy a few les pauls an save his old Fender stuff, when he upgraded in the late 60's early 70's. At least I got to play with some of that old stuff, years ago....

I wonder if that will apply to us today and what are the items you think will be worth $1000's of dollars in the future? I assume the JBL K120 and E 120 will be high in 20-30 years.... they were last made in the late 70's early 80's so we have tom time to go. Iwould also assume it has to be something originally not made anymore but others are making copies of it today because there still is a demand for the item,ie.. the mutron III. What do you guys think???
