Any Ideas About FX Loops

I have a Fender Tele Custom, Fender FM 212r, MXR Dist+, DOD FX25 Envelope Filter, and MXR Phase 100. Now what would be the best set-up for the FX? Should i run ant straight from guitar to amp or should i put some in the FX loop? I know sound is a personal preference just any ideas would be welcome. I know Dist should go from guitar to amp.
