I am sure this has been covered but I am not finding the help I need.

If I want to post a picture to my signature or in one of these posts how do I go about it. I already have my pictures on Picasa on line. I tried the img button and nothing happens. I know this is probably something stupid I am not doing correctly.

are you running no script or something? the img button should just put an opening, and closing tag for the img, with the cursor right in the middle so you can copy and paste into it. the tag is a [ img ] [ /img ]
if that doesn't work. (also remove the spaces)

make sure you are using "copy image location", not "copy link location"
