Hey guys how goes it? Long time stalker first time poster. I'm in the process of working on my strat project. It's a highway 1 strat. I took out the original pickups (hss) and replaced them with two 1978 dimarzio distortions bridge and neck and super II in the middle. I replaced the pots (they were 250s) with 500ks. My aim is tiger wiring minus the obel buffer for now at least. Somewhere along the line I've hit a snag with the wiring - she's muddy and vol knob is non fuctioning.



If anyone has the time I would greatly appreciate a schematic that is
Tiger style (mid tone pot and neck/bridge tone pot,etc)
3 humbuckers
3 on/on/on switches

Thats how I wired my WGD, but didn't draw a schematic of it while doing it.

I used Waldo's schematic, but modified it in the switches by using this for the switches.

just connect the neck and the bridge wire to the same tone pot, and you should be golden there.

I did one recently...3 Super II's with switching...and the OBEL. Waldo sent me a schematic that worked beautifully...I could send you a copy of that if you wanted. Let me know.

The Switchcraft 14b is in there because I thought about not putting in an On/Off for the effects loop...changed my mind...put in the switch and just used a standard stereo jack. Any other questions feel free to ask.

Thanks a lot guys. I drew something up last night and it matches what you guys put up. Good thing - I tend to overlook stuff . Wired her up today actually and she sounds great
