"avatar functionality is currently disabled"?

I think my profile is screwed up... I keep trying to add an avatar but it says that the functionality is currently disabled. The problem seems to be unique to me. If anybody has time to check it out, that'd be cool... no worries either way. Thanks for all that you Mods do!

It seems like everybody who recently made senior member no longer has an avatar. I thought it was just me being one goofy comment away from a "Koons".

So I have recently graduated to Senior status and my avitar is "disabled"... Its beena couple long years and I would love to get a picture up!
