LOL!
Firstly I thought the GD "borrowed" that image.
Secondly, take away the scarf and the GD bear looks like every other teddy bear.

Okay here are the diffs:
- different mouth
- different eyes
- different ears
- no scarf
- the GD one has wrists, the other does not
- the GD one dances, the other struts
But otherwise they are EXACTLY the same

First off, that bear looks nothing like the Dead bear.
Secondly, it's clear that the other mascots used were approved by the copyright holders. The Yo Gabba Gabba guy I am sure was paid for and approved.
You don't buy a million dollar ad spot and not have your ducks in a row.
It does bring up the question, what bear was that? I couldn't place it.

i hear you about the bear but what I really wanna know is what's up with the red dude. My kids watch this show Yo Gabba Gabba where that red guy is from. Looks like some sort of kinky toy

I always thought the dancing Bears were 'borrowed' from this guy

Here's a good insider account of the bear imagery history from Augustus Owsley Stanley III.

That is just a regular teddy bear, not a Dancing Bear.

The bears on the back of Bear's Choice, commonly reffered to as "dancing bears", where "our" bear imagery comes from are not dancing, they're marching. See the link on my previous post; Owsley knew the artist and story.
