Not exactly.
The tone control needs to tie right to the pickup signal at the selector switch... before the OBEL send/return jack. Your drawing has no 9v buffer, but it can work fairly well actually. With your setup, the tip is the send (to the pedals) and the ring is the return (from the pedals).
What you have offers something interesting. You have pre-effects volume controls, AND a post effects master volume control too. You DON"T have the bypass switch, but neither did Jerry at first. He didn't have a buffer either at first. So you've got something resembling Jerry's setup that he had when he first got his MuTron back in '76 or '77 or whenever that was.

Yeah thats why I thought it would be cool.
Waldo actully sent me an email already after that post showing me how to wire a OBEL in general. Hes a nice guy.
I am going to get a buffer and put the bypass on the jack [that is what you mean by switch correct?]
Waldo's buffer is the best Ive heard

Cool stuff.
Yeah, Waldo's buffer is a very well made clone of the original that was in Jerry's Tiger. It's the best one out there. It's got all high quality audio capacitors, resistors, and a high performance (and original) opamp. It's what I use and recommend.

Okay,
so if use my pedals as they are (wah, clean booster, tube screamer, eq,qtron, boss octave,). Would it sound good or should I use a true bypass strip?
I don't have the money to get a rack switcher for a Long while

You still have to move the tone pot to BEFORE THE BUFFER.

AHHH I forgot that but, Isn't the point of the buffer & OBEL to have the full pick-up signal. Wouldn't having the tone before it defeat the purpose??

Depends on the desired overall effect... Putting the tone before the Buffer/OBEL affects the signal that the FX loop sees. Putting it after affects the overall tone of the signal coming from the FX loop.
For example, a mutron will sound very different with the tone set to the exact same setting depending on whether the treble bleed to ground occurs before or after the signal went to the mutron. The mutron is one effect that benefits from having the tone control before it.

+1, it's very important to one's ability to tame that filter. Pups> Tone> FX> Vol> Amp.

Well I guess I will do it afterwards...hopefully in 2 days I will be getting a mutron
Im thinking that I will just be doing the OBEL, Vol Mod., Buffer, Phase Switch mods soon!
I guess I owe everyone here a big ole' thank you!

Sorry guys to do this again but I want to be sure it will work seeing as im a electronics novice....
It is supposed to have a phase switch, multiple tone switch thingy, OBEL w/switch, Waldo Buffer, vol per pickup, and master 25k volume...
Does this look right now?
