That is from "Backstage Pass" there is more film by Justin K but I have not seen any more acoustic like this! Incredible!

there was clips from this in a VH1 thing they did about the dead back in the early 90's haven't seen that in years, thanks. it's from fall '91 sometime i think.

Yep, that is from "Backstage Pass." I love at the end when Jerry and Phil look over towards Bob, classic.
